Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
The OUTLET sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds.
So you got your order, but you don't love the fit or it's just not what you expected. That's ok, you can exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
We can only accept item(s) for exchange or return if it is in as new condition. This means that the item(s) must be unworn and unwashed and where possible the hangtags in place or at least still with the item.
Customers are responsible for any shipping and handling charges for returns/exchanges.
Please use the return form provided with your order, or contact us at email@example.com with your order number.
Refunds are only available on faulty garments. Refunds will be in the form of store credit. Details of store credit will be provided by email upon receipt of the item(s) and pending approval once items have been reviewed. Examples of faulty items suitable for refund include broken zips or zipper pulls, split seams or other manufacturing issues.
All overseas sales are FINAL.
Items in our Outlet collections are not eligible for return.
Finally, if you got your order and we forgot to put our glasses on and shipped the wrong item to you, we will cover the cost of postage.
