Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

ALL ITEMS SOLD IN OUR EOFY SALE ARE FINAL.  No returns, exchanges or refunds. 

So you got your order, but you don't love the fit or it's just not what you expected.  That's ok, you can exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. 

We can only accept item(s)s for exchange or return if it is in as new condition.  This means that the item(s) must be unworn and unwashed and where possible the tags in place or at least still with the item. 
If your order is approved for exchange you must return the item within 7 days of the approval.  Providing your tracking information to us via email will ensure we all know where the package is at. 
Refunds are only available on faulty garments.  Refunds will be in the form of store credit.  Details of store credit will be provided by email upon receipt of the item(s) and pending approval once items have been reviewed.  Examples of faulty items suitable for refund include broken zips or zipper pulls, split seams or other manufacturing issues.  
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  All exchanges must be accompanied by a self addressed pre-paid Australia Post satchel.
Exchange or refund of item(s) is only available within Australia.  All overseas sales are FINAL. 
Items in our Sale collection are not eligible for return.  However, we will gladly exchange where possible.  
Pre-Sale items are non-refundable.  
Finally, if you got your order and we forgot to put our glasses on and shipped the wrong item to you, we will cover the cost of postage.
